Signature Healthcare Foundation is pleased to announce the presentation of $30,000 of funding to non-profit organizations in the St. Louis area. This year, the Foundation presented $10,000 to Brain Injury Association of Missouri, $10,000 to Saint Louis Crisis Nursery, and $10,000 to Unlimited Play.

• Brain Injury Association of Missouri helps individuals with brain injury and their families through Camp for Survivors, Support Groups, Information & Referral, Seminars & Advocacy.
• Saint Louis Crisis Nursery prevents child abuse and neglect by providing short-term respite care for children birth to age 12 whose families are experiencing a crisis.
• Unlimited Play builds universally accessible and inclusive playgrounds to promote health and wellness by providing the freedom of play for all children and families.

This funding was made possible through the Foundation’s 11^th annual Golf Tournament, which was held on April 30^th of this year. This tournament is vital in helping fulfill the Foundation’s mission to utilize physician leadership to improve healthcare quality, efficiency & affordability. In addition to providing grants to non-profit organizations within the area, this tournament’s proceeds also support the Foundation’s program Operation Family Help, which offers financial assistance to patients and their families that cannot afford their medical needs.
